GM & Head Coach – Clayton Robinson
Clayton has been coaching and involved in Minor Hockey and Junior Hockey for over 10 years. Currently, Clayton is the Majority Owner, GM and Head Coach of the Chilliwack Jets. Previously he owned the Nanaimo Buccaneers in the VIJHL and served as the Head Coach and GM for two seasons. Prior to owning the Buccaneers Clayton ran a successful Midget program in Chilliwack Minor Hockey that saw its team obtain a Provincial birth for the first time in the Midget Minor Hockey Division in over 20 years.

Assistant Coach – Cam Campbell
Cam Campbell has an extensive hockey background that includes playing/coaching in the Chilliwack Minor Hockey system for a number of years and for the 1992-93/94-95 Chilliwack Chiefs who won a BCJHL and the Merritt Cenntienals 1993/94. Cam also played Junior B in 1991/92/94 for the Abbotsford Pilots, and years later ended up being the Head Coach of the Pilots for a number of seasons. He is currently the Assistant Coach for the Chilliwack Jets since the program’s inaugural season back in 2020 and is a proud dad of two boys who both played in the PJHL Junior B League (Abbotsford Pilots/Mission City Outlaws).

Equipment Manager – Todd Morrison
Todd Morrison, AKA Hedgy, has been the Chilliwack Jets Equipment Manager since our inaugural season back in 2020. Todd was the former Equipment Manager and Assistant Coach for the Vancouver Grey Sox Sr. ‘A’ fastpitch team for 7 years. His son, Brady, plays NCAA Hockey at SUNY-Canton in Canton, New York, and his daughter, Brooklyn, plays NCAA Softball at Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. He is extremely proud of both of them. Away from the rink, Todd enjoys watching football and cheering for his favourite team, the Green Bay Packers along with watching or having anything to do with Baseball and spending time with his family.

Strength & Conditioning Coach – Lee McGregor
Lee McGregor is the owner of Fit For Change Health Center. Fit For Change is a 24/7/365 13,000 ft training centre in Chilliwack that offers various health services; personal training, small group training, team training, etc. Fit For Change’s Youth Sports Initiative (YSI) focuses on grassroots programs that equip young athletes 8 – 21 with a progressive program that contains the building block fundamentals for success at each level. The goal is to provide dryland training for each sport that equips for specific skills, forms and cardio. Fit For Change YSI trainers have sports conditioning backgrounds in hockey, baseball, football, soccer, lacrosse boxing and so much more.
Power Skating Coach – Kim Marfleet
Kimberly Marfleet is the founder of the Edge, Power & Stride classes, specializing in technical skating development for hockey players. She is located out of the Langley Sportsplex in British Columbia. Kim teaches private lessons, small groups and entire hockey teams, teaching advanced skating efficiency and proper body alignment. Kimberly’s technique and skating drills are easily transferable into game situations. Kim is a Technical Skating Specialist. She teaches her students how to be powerful, quick and efficient skaters by teaching deep edges and long powerful strides. Kim Marfleet has taught Power Skating (correct skating technique) to House and Rep Hockey players from Hockey 1 to Junior A players. She has taught many successful students, top Rep players at Semiahmoo Minor, Cloverdale Minor, North Delta Minor, North Surrey Minor, and Langley Minor Hockey Associations, including Burnaby Winter Club and North Shore Winter Club; along with students who are now very successful in Figure Skating. Kim was the Technical Skating Specialist for the Valley West Hawks Major Midget team in the 2015/16 season who later went on to win the Provincials in 2016.
Sales & Marketing Director – Brady Douglas
Brady Douglas leads the Chilliwack Jets Social Media/Marketing/Sales Department & Front Office along with Gameday Operations. He has over 10+ years of Business Development Experience and is also part-owner of FRANpro Consulting here in Chilliwack and has helped them scale & grow the FRANpro name throughout Canada. Brady was born and raised in Chilliwack, playing at top-level AAA programs in the community and then pursued an education in the United States while playing ACHA Hockey. He has been a top-tiered coach for over 5+ years in BC and Alberta. He has been involved with numerous Minor Hockey Associations and Clubs throughout his coaching career including; Fraser Valley Aces, Jr.Jets U15/U18, U18 AAA PCHA Scholarship Team, Team BC U15, BC/Alberta Top Skill Teams, Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association, Airdrie Minor Hockey, Chilliwack Minor Hockey Association and most recently working with the NHL Coaches Association. Brady has been honoured with multiple Marketer/Sales of the Year Awards. As well as the Good Neighbour Award back in 2016.
