Kulikov is from Krivoy Rog, Ukraine and is a 6’0″, 200 lb and was forced to flee and leave the country back in 2021 with concerns about the ongoing war, similar to his teammates Myronov & Denysenko (Chilliwack Jets Current Players). Nikita played for the EHC Straubing U17 Club and had 22 goals and 24 assists thru 30 games and tallying 34 PIM’s. Then coming to Canada played for Edmonton Oilers U18 AAA Team having 13 goals and 14 assists thru 35 games and 40 PIM’s. Nikita also played on the U18 World Stage, representing the Ukrainian National Team in 5 games scoring twice and tallying 2 PIM’s. Kulikov has appeared in only 1 game in the SJHL this season with Kindersley.

We are very excited to have Nikita Kulikov join the Chilliwack Jets Team this upcoming season and to further their player development in Junior Hockey to the WHL. Jets Fans get ready to cheer him on and play in “THE HANGAR” wearing #17!
