The Chilliwack Jets announced today that the club has acquired a Forward, Nikita Syerov from the Grand Forks Border Bruins in exchange for a Player Development Fee and Future Considerations.
Syerov is originally from the Ukraine and played for the Calgary Buffalo U18 AA Team in the HCAA for the 21/22 season tallying 8 goals and 5 assist in 24 games along with 40 PIM’s also appearing in 5 playoff games and collecting another 2 goals, 1 assist and 4 PIM’s. For the start of the 2022/23 season Nikita has played for the Grand Forks Border Bruins & Revelstoke Grizzlies (3 Games) and in 10 games has 1 goal, 1 assist and 6 PIM’s.
