The Chilliwack Jets are excited to launch further ice times for our Jr Jets Skills Hockey Academy. The program will have multiple age groups and will be focused on the younger categories of minor hockey.
Program Overview
This program is being set up to offer young hockey players in Chilliwack to obtain additional skills development sessions. Sessions for age groups are below.
- Monday 3:45-4:45 PM (2020-2018)
- Tuesday 4:15-5:15 PM (2017-2014)
All sessions will be led by the Chilliwack Jets Coaching Staff Chase Porter/ Brady Morrison and we will have Chilliwack Jets players helping with sessions.
Weekly sessions will consist of and focus on the following skill sets:
- Power Skating, Edgework, Posture etc
- Puck Skills, Puck Protection, Passing
- Small-area competitive games
- Position Specific Instruction
